Step 1: Intake
Tell me more about yourself. Help me understand your goals and what your body needs right now.
Step 2: Fitness Assessment
Complete an in-person full-body fitness assessment to understand your current foundation and identify areas for improvement. Science based data-driven tools are used to measure key metrics and to be able to track your progress.
Step 3: Follow The Program
Follow a tailored training program based on the assessment and designed specifically around your goals. Train with guidance, stay accountable with ease and move with precision.
Step 4: Reassessment
After 3 months, a comprehensive reassessment is conducted to evaluate your progress and refine your program accordingly.
