No time to visit? Do you live too far away? Or do you simply prefer training in your own space? Online personal training gives you the same expert guidance and results, but from the comfort of your own living room or own gym. Online personal training may sound impersonal, but it is not. Even though we’re not physically in the same room, we stay fully connected through live communication and visual feedback. I observe your movements closely, guide you step by step and make adjustments as we go. If an exercise doesn’t feel right or isn’t effective, I look for a different approach on the spot.

Step 1: Intake
Tell me more about yourself. Help me understand your goals and what your body needs right now.
Step 2: Fitness Assessment
Complete an in-person full-body fitness assessment to understand your current foundation and identify areas for improvement. Science based data-driven tools are used to measure key metrics and to be able to track your progress.
Step 3: Follow The Program
Receive a tailored training program delivered through the ELEVAGE app, which progresses week by week and is adjusted every 4–6 weeks. Choose the approach that suits you best: join 1-hour live coaching calls or follow the program independently at your own pace.
Step 4: Reassessment
After 3 months, a comprehensive reassessment is conducted to evaluate your progress and refine your program accordingly. Every adjustment is based on real data, no guesswork involved.
